Welcome to Childrens Cottage where you will find high quality new and gently used items in our shop. You will find a huge selection of quality baby and childrens fashions in many popular brands in a boutique setting. You will also find maternity, baby equipment, furniture, toys, books, and much more! There’s even a play area for your little one to safely play as you shop! You can also earn cash or store credit by bringing in quality baby and childrens clothes, equipment, furniture, toys, etc. We do our buying by appointment Tuesday through Thursdays. Call or email to schedule an appointment. We are open Tuesday through Saturday 10:30-5; Sunday 12-5. We are located in the beautiful Bernardo Winery Village Shops where you can visit us and the many other lovely shops & restaurants, enjoy the beautiful grounds at the winery and maybe even do a little wine tasting!

15 Freeway- exit Pomerado Rd. East (north of 56 freeway), Left on Paseo del Verano Norte
* Park in the lower parking lot and we are the second shop on the right.

Buying & Consignment Policies & Procedures

Buying Policies & Procedures:

Call to Schedule an Appointment: 858-451-9909
Appointments are made for our Buying Days which are
Tuesday -Thursday 11:00-4:00.

We Buy Clothing, Toys, Equipment and Furniture:

We pay Cash or Store Credit immediately for all items accepted. The Store credit amount is always a higher amount than the Cash amount. You choose which you would like to accept. The amount offered and our selling prices are determined by quality & condition of items, our current stock, name brands and the demand for the items.

*Clothing must be brought in freshly laundered and folded neatly, in Boxes or Bins (no plastic bags) free of rips, stains, fading or excessive wear & in New or Nearly New condition.

*Toys must be clean and must include all original parts, and in good working condition with batteries if needed.

*Equipment & Furniture must include all original parts, be clean and in good working condition and less than five years old and of course not recalled.
